The ACE Program offers 4 different types of First Offender Driving Under the Influence programs: The first type is the 3 month (AB541) program. The second type is the 6 month (AB762) program. The third type is the 9 month (AB 1353) program. The forth type is the 12 hour Wet Reckless (SB1176) program.

All of our DUI programs are licensed by the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs. They also satisfy all requirements of the courts and the Department of Motor Vehicles. We offer DUI services in English & Spanish.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF THE PROGRAMS? The 3 month program is $450. The 6 month program is $715. The 9 month program is $1080. The 12 hour Wet Reckless program is $250. WHAT ARE THE ENGLISH CLASS TIMES? Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays @ 6:00pm. Saturday, Sundays & Mondays @ 9:00am. Also Fridays @ 5:00pm. WHAT ARE THE SPANISH CLASS TIMES? Sundays @ 9:00am & Fridays @ 5:00pm. HOW LONG IS EACH CLASS? The 3 month, 6 month and 9 month program classes are 2.5 hours long. The Wet Reckless program classes are 1 hour long.
